Tomorrow, December 17th, 2009 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Kenneth Feinberg, the Special Master for Executive Compensation from the Department of Treasury will be speaking at George Mason University. It will be held in Research 1, Room 163 on the George Mason University campus. Feinberg will be talking about his decisions regarding executive compensation and his speech is titled âExecutive Compensation: Promises and Pitfalls.â Feinberg is currently the special master of the Troubled Asset Relief Program and he is in charge of overseeing the compensation of top-level executives at companies that have had federal bailout assistance. In the past he was the special master of the U.S. governmentâs 9-11 Victim Compensation Fund.
