Casey Coleman of GSA has just been named “CIO of the Year” by Tech Council of Maryland. This award is given each year to the government CIO who has strong leadership a well has shown movement toward technology implementation. According to Coleman herself, “The award is a great honor. This success was made possible by GSA’s strategic leadership and the efforts of my dedicated staff.”
The award was a part of Tech Council’s Mid-Atlantic CIO&CTO Live! Awards Program. She received the award at the event Nov. 10 at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Building in Washington, D.C.
