TSA has decided they are going to allow special procedures at airports for soldiers and families of soldiers. Normally, they would have to wait outside of security like everyone else, but TSA has decided they should be able to have special “meet and greet” passes. They are going to be able to get a pass that allows them to pass through security without a boarding pass so they can wait at the gate for their loved ones. This would apply when they arrive, as well as when they depart. This pass would allow the soldiers to spend more time with their family, especially if they are on an international flight and check in hours before their flight. TSA is helping troops and their families have a more enjoyable holiday season with this small gesture.
