DISA Executive Moves

090730-F-9754H-013The Defense Information Systems Agency recently had some senior leadership changes. Army Lt. Gen. Carroll F. Pollett, the director of the DISA, announced three senior leadership moves. Paige Atkins, who serves as the director of Defense Spectrum Organization, will become the director of the Strategic Planning and Information Directorate. She will take this new post June 15. Atkins is replacing John Garing, who will be retiring after a 40-year career in federal service, both military and civilian.

Henry Sienkiewicz, who serves as the technical program director for the Computing Services Directorate, will become the DISA CIO. He will be replacing Robert Stempfley. Stempfley is moving to DHS as the director of DHS’ National Cyber Security Division.

Daniel Bradford, who serves as the deputy to the commander and senior technical director/chief engineer with the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th Signal Command, will be the new principal director for Global Information Grid Enterprise Serves Engineering Directorate. He is replacing Richard Williams, who recently retired.
