Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he may not stay on with the Obama administration for the president’s second term, Reuters reports.

Holder told an audience of University of Baltimore law students he still needs to discuss his decision with the president, the report said.

He was appointed attorney general in 2009 and served in the Justice Department’s second-highest post during the Clinton administration.

Ron Weich, dean of the university’s law school and a former Justice Department official under Holder, asked Holder if he thought about a second term, according to Reuters.

Holder’s post is one of several Cabinet positions that could see new faces during Obama’s second term, with six others also reportedly set to be filled by successors.
