The Office of Personnel Management has released a strategic information technology plan that Director Katherine Archuleta says is intended to address the agencyâs technology needs.
Archuleta said Tuesday the plan is developed around a human resource lifecycle framework for the recruitment process through an employeeâs retirement.
She added agency intends for the plan to help analyze and share data, perform business process and support decision-making processes.
The plan also includes the USAJOBS and OPMâs retirement tools.
