Executive Mosaic (EM), the parent company of ExecutiveGov, the Potomac Officers Club (POC) and the 4×24 Leadership Program (4×24), and the Senior Executives Association (SEA) have formed a cooperative relationship to help each other fulfill their missions and drive value for their respective membership bases.  The Senior Executives Association is a Washington-based nonprofit association that represents many senior-level  federal executives and advocates for their interests to both Congress and the White House. The new partnership is focused on several areas.

Improving communications between the Federal leadership and the leaders of GovCon is one of those key focus areas. EM owns and manages several GovCon focused news outlets that will help facilitate communications for SEA members as they work to get their message out to the GovCon firms and leaders that support their agencies and programs.

Another area of focus is to help foster and enhance the business relationships between Federal leaders and the GovCon community. Executive Mosaic hosts more than 100 GovCon-centric events each year through their programs that feature at least one federal executive as a keynote speaker. SEA leadership is actively involved in many of the Federal Councils and Leadership committees, and will work with Executive Mosaic to identify the most appropriate government speakers for their events and to help set the agenda.

The relationship further supports the SEA members who transition to the private sector, as many become leaders in the GovCon community.  EM’s membership programs are comprised entirely of leaders from the GovCon community.
