Phaedra Chrousos has been appointed associate administrator of the General Services Administrationâs citizen services and innovative technologies office in addition to her role as chief customer officer.
She will work to help the GSA grow its digital services role and service offerings to internal and external customers, the agency said Tuesday.
âPhaedra is ideally suited for this role, given her experience founding and managing two successful companies in the digital media and healthcare industries, respectively,â said Dan Tangherlini, GSA administrator.
Chrousos joined GSA in 2014 as the agency’s first chief customer officer.
She will collaborate with Kathy Conrad, who previously served as acting associate administrator, and Greg Godbout, executive director of GSA’s 18F organization.
