Report: HHS, TSA Eye Individual Agency-Based CDM Programs

1 min read

cyberThe Department of Health and Human Services and the Transportation Security Administration are pushing forward with examinations of potential procurement programs for their own cyber dashboards, Federal News Radio reported Monday.

Jason Miller writes that TSA has sought quotations under the blanket purchase agreement for the Department of Homeland Security‘s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program and HHS is reviewing responses to its request for information on CDM tools.

These actions could indicate that HHS, TSA and other agencies could pursue their own CDM programs, according to the report.

Miller reports DHS’ CDM implementation faced delays due to bid protests and lengthy discussions on program requirements, which could cause agencies to look into independent implementations.
