The Heath and Human Services National Coordinator for Health IT, Dr. David Blumenthal, announced yesterday the launch of Health IT Buzz. This is a new blog that allows visitors to learn more about health IT. It also will serve as a place for different groups, such as providers, technology experts, consumers, and policy makers to share their thoughts about health IT.This morning at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, Dr. Blumenthal will be holding a conference call with the press to discuss the blog in greater detail. Additionally, he plans on discussing possible new grants to help build the health IT workforce.
