GSA Names a New Social Media Manager

The General Services Administration hired Justin Herman as media manager for the agency’s center for excellence in digital government, AOL reported.

Herman is expected to join the agency later this month and will work with federal agencies to improve and promote new media initiatives.

Herman will also contribute to GSA’s HowTo.gov website, a government forum for social media, according to AOL.

Herman previously worked at Phase One Consulting Group in Alexandria, Va.
