NIH Renews Lease on Bethesda Buildings for Next 10 Years

The National Institutes of Health has renewed its lease at 6701 and 6707 Democracy Plaza for another 10 years, reports Jeff Clabaugh for the Washington Business Journal.

The property is over 356,000 square feet and is three miles away from NIH headquarters located on Rockville Pike.

The headquarters is home to the NIH clinical center, which is the biggest hospital in the world dedicated to clinical research.
