Randall Conway Named C4, Infrastructure Head in Pentagon CIO Office

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has appointed Randall Conway, a management and program analyst in the office of the chief information officer, to the Senior Executive Service.

The Defense Department said Conway is now assigned as as principal director for command, control, communications and computers and infrastructure in the office of the CIO.

Earlier this month, Charles Beames was promoted to the SES and assigned as principal director for space and intelligence within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for acquisition, technology and logistics.
