Deloitte and Partnership for Public Service have released an annual report that ranks the best government agencies to work for based on employee satisfaction, GovExec reported Wednesday.

Eric Katz writes NASA scored highest among large agencies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. topped the mid-size agency category and the Surface Transportation Board ranked number one among small agencies in this year’s “Best Places to Work in Federal Government” analysis.

Leadership, mission-skills matching and pay were the top three priorities for agencies this year, the report states.

Rankings in the Deloitte-PPP report are based on data from the Office of Personnel Management’s annual Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.
