WhiteHouseThe White House is working to release its proposed fiscal year 2015 budget on March 4, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

Damian Paletta writes the new budget plan will include spending level decisions from a budget agreement signed by Rep. Paul Ryan (R., Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D., Wash.) in December.

“Now that Congress has finished its work on this year’s appropriations, the administration is able to complete next year’s budget,” said Steve Posner, White House budget office spokesman, according to the report.

The budget plan will likely contain proposals to implement new taxes on wealthy citizens and to increase infrastructure and education programs spending, according to the report.
