DARPA Seeks Ideas to Create Domain-Based Search Platform

CyberStockThe Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has asked industry to submit proposals on how to develop search technology for organizing public information from the web.

DARPA’s Memex program seeks a domain-based search engine that can discover, index and display domain-based content, according to a Feb. 4 FedBizOpps post.

According to DARPA, such a platform must leverage scientific approaches, devices or information technology systems and help users manage search interfaces.
