SAP NS2 executives and employees welcomed Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) to their office in Rockville, Md. for a discussion about the information technology sector’s role in economic and job growth.
During his visit at NS2, Hollen recognized the company’s staff for their work to provide IT services for government organizations in the national security realm.
Mark Testoni, SAP NS2 president, hosted the meeting and discussed the business’ three-month placement and training program for post-9/11 military veterans.
“I also want to applaud their commitment to helping place recent veterans in jobs that utilize their unique skills with their new NS2 Serves initiative,” Van Hollen added.
The NS2 Serves program’s goal is to educate veterans on software programs for national security applications and train them in areas such as military supply management, communication and business process integration.
