Kratos - ExecutiveMosaicA Kratos Defense & Security Solutions business unit will help integrate a satellite carrier monitoring tool for an interference geolocation system used by Germany to detect and locate interference in the satellite spectrum.

Kratos said Monday that the Monics product, built by sister company SAT Corp., will be deployed to Germany’s spectrum regulator agency under the contract with Kratos Integral Systems Europe.

“Radio frequency regulators such as Federal Network Agency require the highest levels of accuracy and operational efficiency in signal interference management in order to fulfill their government mandates,” said Bruno Dupas, president of Kratos’ ISE business gruop.

The ISE unit holds a contract with the German federal network agency that covers SAT’s satID geolocation services.
