Marlin is a 20-year communications veteran with experience in the commercial, financial and public sectors.
During his time at SEC, he served as a communication adviser to the chairman and guided officials on congressional testimony and media interviews.
He has also handled litigation and mergers and acquisitions communications at a global communications company and has worked with the Justice Department, Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI and the former Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Marlin is a recipient of the Edmond J. Randolph Award for Outstanding Service for his communications counsel to the U.S. attorney general on several high-profile cases.
