1 min read

ContractSigningOfficials from the General Services Administration and business holding positions on the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Businesses contract vehicle met Tuesday to start the program with an initial training session, FCW reported Tuesday.

Mark Rockwell writes that discussion topics at the Fairfax, Va.-based seminar included sustainability, GSA roles, expectations, relationships, OASIS back-end systems and data reporting.

“The Air Force also plans to use OASIS and OASIS Small Business in lieu of its own acquisition vehicles,” said Bill Sisk, deputy commissioner of GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service.

“That says a whole lot about both the real need for OASIS out there in the market…but it also speaks to the confidence the Air Force and our other customers have in GSA.”

OASIS SB’s total contract value could reach $472 million over the five-year period.
