The Defense Information Systems Agency has made the milCloud marketplace available to Defense Department mission partners.Partners with a common access card will have access to classified and unclassified services through the cloud-based marketplace, DISA said Thursday.
MilCloud, an infrastructure-as-a-service platform, combines commercial and government-built technologies for users to develop and maintain DoD applications.
The milCloud marketplace also features a virtual data center for gaining access to a web-based self-service control panel and milCloud Orchestrator for management of functions.
Mission partners have the choice to either manage their own virtual data centers or have DISA provide the management services, the agency said.
