The Department of Health and Human Services‘ Buyers Club has introduced a public-facing website in an effort to explore procurement strategies, Fedscoop reported Friday.
Billy Mitchell writes the website serves as a central hub, through which the Buyers Club consults with HHS’ component agencies on agile acquisition methods.
Mark Naggar, program lead of the HHS Buyers Club, told Fedscoop the website provides information and links to various resources.
“This is where we’re sort of spelling the problem, what we hope to achieve here, how it’s different, etc.,” Naggar said.
Naggar added that he hopes the website will help inform internal HHS agencies on ways to acquire new IT services, according to the report.
