GSA said Tuesday in a notice posted on FedBizOpps that it is looking for contiguous office space with support for Interagency Security Committee Level IV requirements, a maximum distance of 2,640 walkable linear feet from a Metrorail station and is compliant with building codes and regulations.

The agency said it expects to renovate or redesign part of the offered space.

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas will serve as tenant broker to negotiate the potential lease agreement.

GSA expects to occupy the office space by May 2017 for a full term of 15 years.
