The Interior Department has asked for industry feedback on best practices and service delivery options to be implemented in the Defense Department’s resource hub for military families.DOI released a request for information Dec. 15 to gather comments on how to modify the Military OneSource website’s processes for outreach, engagement and online program delivery.
Responses to the RFI are due on Jan. 15, according to the solicitation.
The solicitation aims to identify potential contractors with background in web, outreach and engagement, analysis and service delivery platforms.
DOIÂ also wants to determine through the RFI how contractors would update the website.
The government is preparing the official solicitation package, the department says.
