“Traditional acquisition cannot keep up with the pace of changes in cyber operations,” Breazile told audience during a panel discussion held at the annual Sea-Air-Space conference.
“We must change the institution to meet that reality,” he added.
He noted that the military branch aims to incorporate cyber programs into the professional military education curriculum, according to Marine Corps Times.
USMC issued the “Marine Air-Ground Task Force Cyberspace and Electronic Warfare Coordination Cell Concept” guidance document to help MAGTF commanders include cyber and EW methods in their operational plans, the report said.
