GSA Seeks New Chief of Staff at Office of Citizen Services

GSAThe General Services Administration has launched its search for a new chief of staff.

The chosen candidate will become part of a top management team under GSA’s office of citizen services, innovative technologies and 18F, GSA said in a USAJobs notice posted Thursday.

Applicants have until Thursday to submit their applications to the agency’s OCSIT/18F division.

OCSIT/18F helps government agencies manage, share and implement digital platforms and services.

The chief of staff will work with the office’s associate administrator and other officials to develop policies for implementation across the agency.

Other duties include collaboration with senior officials to reach agreement over policy changes and other programs that seek to improve OCSIT/18’s business portfolios and related initiatives, monitoring of strategic programs and benchmarks through data analysis and management of program activities through partnerships with the AA.
