Josh Miller Joins White House as Director of Product

Josh Miller, formerly head of product development at Facebook Inc., has joined the White House as director of product.

Miller wrote in a blog post published Tuesday that he intends to leverage his product development experience over the past four years to help the government enhance its digital services.

He founded discussion and collaboration platform Branch before Facebook acquired the company in January 2014.

Miller also served as a part-time venture partner at Betaworks.
