GSA: Acquisition Gateway Now Has 17 Category Hallways

GSAThe General Services Administration has unveiled the availability of 17 category hallways on the agency Acquisition Gateway online portal as part of GSA’s efforts to streamline government acquisition initiatives.

John Felleman, senior innovation specialist for the Acquisition Gateway, wrote in a blog entry posted Thursday that the hallways work to help contracting professionals manage program costs and requirements.

He said GSA will focus on the interactivity, navigability and actionability of Acquisition Gateway tools now that the new category hallways are live online.

New hallways on GSA’s Acquisition Gateway include:

  • Administrative support
  • Card services
  • Cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Employee relocation
  • Freight
  • IT hardware
  • IT security
  • IT services
  • IT software
  • Motor vehicles
  • Professional services
  • Small package delivery
  • Talent development
  • Telecommunications
  • Tools and hardware
  • Travel
  • Workplace environment
