Agency CIOs should report their top five talent gaps through the use of cyber codes for specialty areas such as cyber threat analysis, network services and systems development.
Agencies have until Dec. 17 to upload narrative-based supplemental data and their completed resource charts containing the identified talent gaps on OMBâs MAX website.
