digital governmentThe Environmental Protection Agency has moved to solicit ideas from industry for its effort to develop an environmental digital services marketplace.

EPA released a request for information that seeks to evaluate vendors based on how they manage to settle environmental business issues and on their pattern of environmentally sustainable behavior, 18F said Thursday.

The agency plans to pattern the marketplace after 18F’s agile delivery services marketplace in order to create an ecosystem of vendors with specialty in human-centered design, agile software development and DevOps.
