NCCoE Calls for Public to Comment on Cybersecurity Project Description

The National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, an agency within the National Institutes of Standards and Technology, seeks public feedback on a recently drafted implementation project description. NCCoE said its project, known as Validating the Integrity of Servers and Client Devices, aims to demonstrate implementations that allow organizations to verify the authenticity of purchased computing tools.

GAO: VA Still Needs to Address Cybersecurity Issues

The Government Accountability Office has found that the Department of Veterans Affairs still faces multiple cybersecurity challenges in the course of modernization. USAF Stands Up Consolidated Cyber Development Center

The U.S. Air Force has established a new center that would address cyber gaps and consolidate enterprise requirements across the service branch. The new Cyberspace Capabilities Center stood up on Nov. 7 and combines three formerly separate entities: the 38th Cyberspace Readiness Squadron, Air Force Network Integration Center and Air Combat Command’s Cyberspace Support Squadron, USAF said Thursday.
