The General Services Administration (GSA) has announced that Anil Cheriyan, deputy commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) deputy commissioner and director of Technology Transformation Services (TTS) will leave the administration on July 17th.  He joined GSA in Jan. 2019, where he was responsible for the expansion of the IT Modernization Centers of Excellence (CoE) program.

Gregory Slavonic, assistant secretary of the U.S. Navy for manpower and reserve affairs, has been appointed the military branch's undersecretary on an acting basis. He will function as a chief operating officer, a chief management officer and an assistant under the secretary of the Navy, the service branch said Friday.

Navy Signs Agreement for USAF Leadership Over Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling

The U.S. Navy has signed an agreement that formally transfers the authority of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling to the U.S. Air Force. JBAB will host the 11th Wing and support the group's mission partner network of about 70 entities. The 11th Wing expects to gain JBAB's full operational capability in 2022.
