OMB Releases Final Draft of Federal Data Strategy

The Office of Management and Budget added four new objectives to the final draft of the Federal Data Strategy that agencies need to meet in 2020, Federal News Network reported Monday. The four goals are publishing and updating data inventories; launching a Federal Chief Data Officer Council; developing data quality measuring and reporting guidance; and creating a data standards repository.
