Intell Community CIO John Sherman Talks Modernization at DoD Intelligence Information System Conference

John Sherman, chief information officer of the Intelligence Community, has said that efforts to modernize the community’s operations span areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity and data-related initiatives. Lt. Gen. Robert Ashley on DIA’s Top Three Priorities to Improve Intelligence Gathering

Army Lt. Gen. Robert Ashley, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and 2019 Wash100 Award winner, said DIA has three priorities to improve intelligence-gathering efforts. Lt. Gen. Robert Ashley: US Facing ‘Competitive’ Period of Space Defense

Lt. Gen. Robert Ashley, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, said the U.S. is facing a “competitive and dangerous period” that now involves the space domain, the University of Alabama in Huntsville said Monday. Lt. Gen. Ashley, a two-time Wash100 Award recipient, told attendees at UAH’s Distinguished Lecture Series that the U.S. must be wary of the technological advances of its two primary adversaries, Russia and China.
