General Atomics to Lease Predator XP to Kazakhstan

General Atomics and Kazakhstan Engineering have inked a memorandum of understanding on the in-country testing and evaluation of the General Atomics Predator XP unmanned aerial vehicle, IHS Jane’s 360 reported Wednesday.
