FITARA Scorecard to Implement New OMB Data Center Metrics

Kevin Walsh, Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act executive for the Government Accountability Office, said the scorecard will deploy new data center optimization metrics by the Office of Management and Budget, FCW reported Wednesday.
