President Trump has nominated Air Force Maj. Gen. Robert Skinner to be the next Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) director and Joint Forces Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network commander. Maj. Gen. Skinner, current director of command, control, communications and cyber at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), is also in line to receive a promotion to the rank of lieutenant general.
