GAO: Information Sharing Could Help Keep Competitive Edge in Synthetic Biology, Quantum Computing

The Government Accountability Office has outlined potential measures the U.S. government should consider to maintain the country’s competitive edge in synthetic biology, quantum computing and other research areas.
