Lawmakers Reintroduce Bill Preventing President Trump From Launching Nuclear Strike

House and Senate lawmakers have reintroduced a bill that would require President Trump to seek congressional approval before launching a nuclear first strike. Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., and Rep.
