The Department of Veterans Affairs wants to buy 180K laptops and tablet computers to support telehealth and telework initiatives in response to the coronavirus pandemic, FedScoop reported Friday. Sources said the proposal to procure such devices is part of VA’s $1.2B supplemental request to Congress for its “Information Technology Systems account” as part of its COVID-19 response efforts.
