NSWC PHD, USACE Celebrate Modernization, Renovation Effort

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD) held an event to mark the conclusion of a modernization and renovation project for a building slated for occupation by NSWC PHD's air dominance department. NSWC PHD initially constructed the building as a base support administration facility in 1985.
