Caliburn International announced Wednesday it is separating into two independent companies. The new companies will be Acuity International and Valiance Humanitarian. Valiance will continue Caliburn’s humanitarian efforts for the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Valiance has named Fransico Quezada as director of Operations and Facilities.
