Diane Rinaldo Succeeds David Redl as NTIA Chief

David Redl, assistant secretary for communications and information with the Department of Commerce and administrator at the National Telecommunications and Information Agency, has stepped down from his role, Broadcasting and Cable reported Thursday. Prior to NTIA, Redl served as a chief counsel at the House Energy and Commerce Committee and held the role of director of regulatory affairs at CTIA.
