The Department of Homeland Security‘s science and technology directorate has unveiled a new web page to display multiple innovation projects that seek to address homeland security challenges.
DHS said Wednesday the Mobilizing Innovation page features a detailed overview and description of S&T projects categorized into mission areas such as resilience tactics, cybersecurity, first response, aviation security and operational standards, DHS said Wednesday.
“Instead of a traditional printed annual report, the new web page is designed to engage the user with dynamic visuals, graphics, and videos encouraging them to explore our website for more details on all of our efforts,” said William Bryan, DHS acting undersecretary for science and technology.

The Senate voted on Saturday 50-45 to confirm Paige Hallen Hanson as the next U.S. Environmental Protection Agency new chief financial officer.
