Charlie McQuillan, formerly a senior vice president of CACI, has been named executive vice president of Federal Health for Octo Consulting to support existing customers and grow the company’s health portfolio, Octo announced on Tuesday.
“Charlie brings with him a record of exceptional customer service and success that will be a true benefit for our Federal Health IT customers and for Octo.” said Jay Shah, chief operating officer at Octo.
McQuillan brings over twenty years of experience in human capital management (HCM), health and media services markets. His expertise and leadership will be essential as Octo continues to grow.
Most recently, McQuillan served CACI as its senior vice president where he was responsible for strategy development, program execution and operational performance of a $350 million annual revenue segment with more than 1,300 employees.
McQuillan has also worked with the U.S. Army financial and logistics communities developing software systems as an analyst before rising to become a project manager. In addition, he has served as Secretary of the Loudoun Hunger Relief Board.
