Jim Garrettson, founder and CEO of Executive Mosaic, presented Tina Dolph, president and CEO of Siemens Government Technologies, her second consecutive Wash100 Award as part of the 2020 selection on Wednesday. Dolph and her team closed a $828.8 million task order from the U.S. Navy to build, operate and maintain energy conservation systems at Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in July 2019. This contract award, for an innovative energy savings performance contract – the largest of its type to date – will allow the Navy to begin implementing energy cost savings measures immediately through minimal capital investment.
