CALIBRE Systems has appointed Emile Trombetti as vice president and chief growth officer (CGO) to lead strategic growth and collaborate with operational divisions, the company reported on Monday.

With more than 30 years of experience, Emile has a broad base of industry experience that spans federal government, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy and automotive.
In his new role, Trombetti will work within the pipeline identification, qualification and management, opportunity development, capture management, and proposal processes. He will manage market coverage in all Defense, Federal and Civil, National Security, and Commercial market segments.
Prior to CALIBRE, Trombetti served as the president of Pragmatics and as a senior partner at Booz Allen Hamilton. He served with Booz Allen Hamilton for nearly two decades, where Trombetti led a number of businesses including the U.S. Army portfolio, the Commercial Cyber practice, the U.S. Navy Technology business and Business Development across all markets.
Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Trombetti was the head of Global IT Infrastructure and Operations at General Motors and vice president of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Bell Atlantic, which is now Verizon.
