CMS Shifts AI Strategy From Usage Metrics to Results, CIO Says

“We are honored that CMS continues to entrust its CERT program to our team. We’re proud to leverage our broad array of proven AI technology solutions to drive new levels of financial management efficiency and accuracy for this important program,” said Paul Dillahay, president and CEO of NCI and a three-time Wash100 Award winner.
