Sean Conway, formerly legal adviser in the Federal Communications Commissionâs wireless telecommunications bureau, has been appointed as deputy director of the FCCâs legislative affairs office.Conway was previously an attorney adviser in the Wireline Competition Bureau, an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and a legislative aide to former Sen. and current Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, the FCC said Tuesday.
âWith a strong grasp of wireless and wireline issues, along with his previous time on Capitol Hill, Sean will play a key role in ensuring strong communication with Congress,â said Dabbs.
