Under the award, Aeyon is responsible for designing and implementing RPA technology to enhance process efficiency and data sharing to boost actionable cost, schedule and PM IVAS performance, the Vienna, Virginia-based company announced on Monday.

“Our success in intelligent automation and track record supporting PM IVAS with data analytics and business intelligence positions Aeyon to deliver comprehensive and operationally realistic automations,” said Pat Collins, chief growth officer of Aeyon.

The automation of core PM IVAS functions is intended to open up resources for important operations to accelerate the provision of technology to soldiers and increase cost-effectiveness and efficiency while enabling program leaders to access data more quickly.

In its work, Aeyon will leverage processes developed and assessed in its Robotic Operations Center of Excellence, a program focused on the ideation, governance and management of intelligent automation tools for client deployment.

“This contract is precisely the type of opportunity our Centers of Excellence are built for: combining innovative solutions with subject matter experts’ knowledge base to create forward-thinking, best-value automated solutions and, importantly, demonstrates a proven approach that can scale up and down to meet services’ needs from the PdM to the PEO,” Collins said.

Incorporating automation into PM IVAS is expected to support use cases such as the collection of critical data from units using the tool, supply and demand tracking efforts, new equipment training, reporting and analysis notifications and project management activities.

Aeyon will prioritize processes expected to have the strongest impact on PM IVAS while applying a systematic approach to its automation activities.
